Knightstown
has four distinct seasons, typical of most Midwestern cities. Summers are warm and often accompanied by high humidity. This can become uncomfortable, but generally doesn’t last longer than a few days at a time. Winters are cold and snowy, but usually not frigid, with highs in the 20s or 30s and lows in the teens. Occasionally it can dip into the single digits at night. Autumn is lovely with mild days and crisp evenings. Colors generally peak in mid October. Spring is sometimes slow to arrive in the Midwest, but when it does it’s beautiful with the blossoming of trees and mild temperatures. Most rain occurs in spring and early summer in Knightstown.
